‘Muscle Bone Tendon Form’ – Shujin Zhuang Gu Gong – is a sequence of eight exercises designed to relax the body, improve blood flow and energy (Qi) to strengthen specific bone and muscle groups.
The movements are especially beneficial for people with neck, shoulder, lower back and spine problems.
